Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, 54, experienced an attack by an intruder. This happened at his Mumbai residence in the early hours of January 16, 2025. The assailant entered Khan’s Bandra apartment around midnight, confronting a female employee. Khan intervened to protect his family, sustaining six stab wounds, including a severe injury near his spine. He was promptly taken to Lilavati Hospital. There, he underwent emergency surgery. Doctors removed a knife lodged in his thoracic spinal cord. They also repaired leaking spinal fluid. As of now, Khan is out of danger and recovering under medical supervision.

Khan’s wife, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, and their two sons were there during the incident but were unharmed.
